convenient location decent buffet urine smell unreceived kit
The location was convenient with easy access to buses and the metro. I also found the breakfast buffet quite decent with several choices available.
The hotel seemed to have a strong urine smell upon entry. I also requested a pet kit but never received it, though I was still charged for it.

The hotel location was convenient because a metro station was near. The breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were helpful, providing assistance with taxis and information i needed.
The room facilities seemed dated. The shower drain was partially clogged. The bathroom door would not close completely. The walls had smudges with some dust.

The tv was just BAD. it had no streaming options AND the remote was complicated. also, the covers were THIN. I needed a thicker blanket because i was cold.

the facilities were clean. the staff can speak english. the housekeeping was good. was easy to get to the showground.

The breakfast offered a very pleasant variety of choices. there was fresh fruit, a selection of pastries, and hot items. coffee and juices were readily available. This made mornings very convenient.

it was approximately half an hour from the airport via direct bus connection. the center of the city is easy to reach via metro line 5. the metro station is a five minutes walk. there is a supermarket nearby too.

accommodating staff mini bar fresh options convenient location
The staff was very accommodating (i really appreciated their help with directions). the room had a mini bar which was a nice surprise. breakfast included many fresh options, that was delicious. the location is great. It's close to the metro and a short bus ride from the airport.
i noticed there were no slippers in the room .

the superior queen room was clean and quiet. the bathroom looked spacious, with plenty of light. i found the bed comfortable with fluffy pillows. a mini bar was also included.

pool garden friendly staff comfy bed poor ac street noise limited tv
the pool garden was nice. the hotel staff were friendly. i appreciated the comfy beds (slept very well).
the ac was not working well and the air felt thick. i had to sleep with the windows open, so there was street noise. breakfast could have been better. the tv had limited options.
